Mr. Loomis explained everything we needed to know about our new a/c & thermostat, and he will be coming back to check it twice a year. We rec'd other estimates but Mr. Loomis saved us $1100!!

We called Mr. Loomis at 7:15 pm on Friday night of a holiday weekend and he was at our home by 9:00 pm. He determined the source of the a/c failure. He explained our repair/replacement options. He helped us form our plan of action to help keep our costs low. As it is summer (90+ degrees) in Texas, he provided us with a window a/c unit (free of charge) to help keep us cool until the repairs will be completed after the holiday weekend. Completion of repairs is pending (waiting for parts), which are not available until after the holiday weekend.
