Chris and his team did an excellent job on our trees. A couple of days before they arrived, Chris came out to walk through our yard and look at our trees. He gave me advice on what work would be best for our trees, including some tips on how to make 12 dwarf Crepe Myrtles happy. As we walked the two acres, he looked at the health of the trees along with the expected growth patterns. On the scheduled work day his team arrived early, with each man trained and prepared to do their job safely. One of our birdhouses did not come down off the tree in one piece, due to its condition. During a break, one of the men did “CPR” on it, bringing it back to life and installing it back on the tree. Chris and his team were “Top Knotch” without a doubt.

Top Knotch has been taking care of our tree needs for years. They even hung a tree swing for our grandkids to enjoy! They ALWAYS do a great job!!!

Quality of work was exceptional

It went so smoothly. Chris and his team were professional and arrived promptly to work. They cleaned up beautifully afterward and the work done just looked great! Having that dead tree removed made such a huge difference and really opened up our yard! My husband and I were so pleased. We knew this team really was experienced in landscaping, tree trimming and tree removal. I asked Chris about my big wish list of tree needs and we walked the property together. I told him my ideas and we brainstormed together on how best to handle a couple of tree situations. He had a price for me after our conversation. I was happily surprised! It was certainly reasonable considering the amount of work the crew accomplished. Plus, I was so excited to get everything thing done on my wish list. We’ll have them out again to help clean out our flower beds prior to spring. We have another tree in the back of our property that needs removal, too.

I got 4 quotes from different companies. All the other companies seemed a little slimey or were very high. I knew about what it should cost. Chris and the guys at top knotch made me feel better from the time I met him. He gave me a very fair quote and told me to just give him a 48 hour heads up. I called him after the permits were approved weeks later and he was there the next day. The job could haver very easily damaged two fences and a roof line. They did neither. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up way above what I was expecting. I was so impressed I had them come back to do a fence quote to replace just some old fence. and I am happy with the quote and Will definitely use them for the job. I highly recommend this company. -the fence quote I got from them included a lot of quality steps the other quotes did not even consider.
