Stewart Title of Montgomery County Inc

The experience was not what we expected. They did not do their job. We went into closing three times in one day. Each time we went they told us that they were closed. The home owner that we were buying from has two mortgages. One was a government bail out. The job of the title company was to find a loot in the house. They did not find any. We basically looked over from what we understood. They never wanted to own up to that. They never admitted to us. Even after we had meetings at the closing we went to, it was not happening. The lady there, Kelly was not professional. She was angry and rude to my husband and I. Usually when you leave a meeting, you stand up and shake hands I expected at least a little apology or sorry for things that did not work out. She should admit that she dropped the ball but there was nothing like that. She did not like the questions we were asking like trying to figure out who dropped the ball. The price would be okay if they actually did their job and fulfilled the closing on time.
