Soldier Glass

I called a well-known large company to replace my windshield and was told the first appointment was a week later! Called Soldier and the technician was here in 24 hours with a new windshield. Very professional and efficient installation! Very easy to deal with staff and get it scheduled! They were even very careful to remove the various decals (maintenance reminder, registration and EZ tag)and transfer them intact to the new windshield

On NYE I had 2 car windows broken out and my purse (containing the kitchen sink) stolen. I contacted John and explained my situation and he quickly responded with a quote on both windows and agreed to order the windows although I didn't have immediate access to funds. He even made two service calls, one to install the window that was in stock and then return 5 days later with window that had to be ordered. All my phone calls and text messages were all returned promptly. The techs that performed the installs were very prompt and professional. The work performed was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend Soldier Glass as they are honest, professional and nice!!

Came to home same day as called and replaced windshield that was completely by a tree limb.

The gentleman that I spoke with, John, was so professional and courteous. He was able to end Edward out this morning. Edward was on time and helpful. He fixed my windshield within 10 minutes.

Very professional and did a great job. Would have been cheaper, but my windshield had a heater stripper and anti-condensate sensor. Showed up on time and did a very good job.

My phone calls were all returned promptly, they kept me updated as to arrival time, and performed excellent work. These are very honest, trustworthy and nice folks to work with. I highly recommend them for any glass work (and I usually don't write reviews).

Everything went very well. They were able to come out the same day I called, the gentleman who did the work was very professional and was happy to explain what he was doing and didn't even mind an audience. He was able to transfer my EZTag and my license sticker over to the new windshield without incident. I would strongly recommend this company for future work. The only downside is they do not take credit cards - cash or check only. However, they had no issues accepting a personal check.

Called on Friday and had an appointment on Monday. They called on their way out, arrived on time, changed out the windshield in less than an hour, and left no mess. Very friendly and personable, but also professional. Would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman showed up on time and earlier in my time window than I expected. He showed up to replace my windshield at my house. He had all of the tools he needed and some extra supplies incase I explained the wrong windshield. He was professional and polite.

Contacted John at Solider Glass after checking other respected providers. John was able to beat them by 35% on the price of the replacement windshield and would send a mobile repair unit to my house to make the repair. I was able to schedule the exact day to have the work done - to add another wrinkle I was having the work done while I was on vacation and would have someone else there with the payment and to provide access. The Soldier Glass technician showed up on time, was very professional and was very thorough in the inspection of the window and the replacement process. The repair went quickly and smoothly. I could not have been happier with the work performed by Soldier Glass - I would call them the best mobile window provider in the city.

This is the second time I have used this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I called them around 9:00 AM and they had the replacement / repair done by 1:30 PM that afternoon. How AWESOME was that! AGAIN!!! I couldn't recommend them any higher.

Very responsive to calls and to keep me updated on arrival. Required 2 visits due to incorrect windshield on 1st visit. With correct windshield.. took about 45 mins.. excellent customer rep.. very courteous.. knew his stuff Follow up visit required due to shakage with mirror.. owner had to come by and reset it.. but all is 100% satisfactory

On time, quick and courteous

The window was broken into while we were at a baseball game. There was glass everywhere. He cleaned up all of the broken glass and put a new window in. It had the same tinting that our other windows have. We can't even tell anything was done. It has been almost a year since it was replaced and everything still works as it should. He was very fast and very polite. I will definitely use him again if we need a window replaced!

I am very impressed with Soldier Glass. Owner was very responsive and professional. Called me back, organized a new windshield in case ours broke when it was being taken off to reseal it and informed me of the process and price. They were very very fast in providing service. The technician who came to do the job was very professional, on time and extremely nice. He noticed some rust when the windshield came off and he showed me and applied some primer on it (we have an older car...) Price was great too. I am very pleased with them and would definitely both recommend them and use them again in the future!

I called Owner on Sunday afternoon. I told owner of year,make and model of my car. He had correct windshield in stock. He set up appt. for early the next day (Monday). Technician arrived at my work location, started work immediately completed it in less than 2 hours. Excellent work, very punctual. He also was able to save and move the stickers on my old windshield for EZ Tag, registration and safety inspection. I couldn't ask for more.

Soldier Glass was a preferred provider for my insurance company, so the process was extremely efficient. The owner was very helpful and responsive when I first called him to consult about the situation. Then I called to file the claim with my insurance, and by the time I hung up and called Soldier Glass back, he already had the claim information. The owner was able to secure the windshield the next day and came out to my workplace to perform the installation. He arrived after the window he gave me initially, but answered quickly when I called and was on site within two hours. Because Soldier Glass is a preferred provider with my insurance, their work is warrantied for life. The cost of the repair is N/A because it was my deductible.

The installer came to my house, the price was much lower than at the dealer, the job was done professionally. What more could I ask for
