I called a well-known large company to replace my windshield and was told the first appointment was a week later! Called Soldier and the technician was here in 24 hours with a new windshield. Very professional and efficient installation! Very easy to deal with staff and get it scheduled! They were even very careful to remove the various decals (maintenance reminder, registration and EZ tag)and transfer them intact to the new windshield

On NYE I had 2 car windows broken out and my purse (containing the kitchen sink) stolen. I contacted John and explained my situation and he quickly responded with a quote on both windows and agreed to order the windows although I didn't have immediate access to funds. He even made two service calls, one to install the window that was in stock and then return 5 days later with window that had to be ordered. All my phone calls and text messages were all returned promptly. The techs that performed the installs were very prompt and professional. The work performed was EXCELLENT. I highly recommend Soldier Glass as they are honest, professional and nice!!

The gentleman that I spoke with, John, was so professional and courteous. He was able to end Edward out this morning. Edward was on time and helpful. He fixed my windshield within 10 minutes.

Very professional and did a great job. Would have been cheaper, but my windshield had a heater stripper and anti-condensate sensor. Showed up on time and did a very good job.

My phone calls were all returned promptly, they kept me updated as to arrival time, and performed excellent work. These are very honest, trustworthy and nice folks to work with. I highly recommend them for any glass work (and I usually don't write reviews).

Everything went very well. They were able to come out the same day I called, the gentleman who did the work was very professional and was happy to explain what he was doing and didn't even mind an audience. He was able to transfer my EZTag and my license sticker over to the new windshield without incident.
I would strongly recommend this company for future work. The only downside is they do not take credit cards - cash or check only. However, they had no issues accepting a personal check.

Called on Friday and had an appointment on Monday. They called on their way out, arrived on time, changed out the windshield in less than an hour, and left no mess. Very friendly and personable, but also professional. Would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman showed up on time and earlier in my time window than I expected. He showed up to replace my windshield at my house. He had all of the tools he needed and some extra supplies incase I explained the wrong windshield. He was professional and polite.

Contacted John at Solider Glass after checking other respected providers. John was able to beat them by 35% on the price of the replacement windshield and would send a mobile repair unit to my house to make the repair. I was able to schedule the exact day to have the work done - to add another wrinkle I was having the work done while I was on vacation and would have someone else there with the payment and to provide access. The Soldier Glass technician showed up on time, was very professional and was very thorough in the inspection of the window and the replacement process. The repair went quickly and smoothly. I could not have been happier with the work performed by Soldier Glass - I would call them the best mobile window provider in the city.

This is the second time I have used this company. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I called them around 9:00 AM and they had the replacement / repair done by 1:30 PM that afternoon. How AWESOME was that!
