SIMMONS SMALL ENGINE REPAIRS

This "professional" never returned our calls. I left our phone number on his voice mail twice.

Repair went great. Phillip cleaned the carb with an ultrasonic and it works perfectly. Two great guys in the shop. Woman in the office was very nice. Small business. Was done in a week drop off to pick up. They also showed me how to empty the carburetor when not in use to avoid the problem in the future.

I called their shop, then brought the chipper-shredder by on Tuesday.  The repairs were completed by Thursday afternoon and I picked it up on Friday morning.  They have a lot of experience with small engine repairs and knew exactly what to do.  They completed everything I requested quickly and for a reasonable cost.  I am recommending them to our friends.  The owner and his employee receive training on new developments by the different makers of small engines so they are up to date with the new equipment.  I will use their services again if I need to.

Very courteous and thorough. They repaired my non-working lawnmower, including picking it up at my home. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I would definitely use their services again.

I took my riding lawn mower to Mr. Simmons during a very busy part of
the season. As he and one helper do all the repair work, my repair took
longer than I expected or that it would have during a less busy
season. However, when he got to work, he did a superb job at a very
reasonable price. He suggested other repairs which have added to the
efficiency of my mower and he did that work at a reasonable price as
well. I would recommend him without qualification, but just not at his
busiest time of the year unless one has time to wait for the repair.

It went very well. I've used them before and they've always done great work. I give them an A in every category. I will continue to use them in the future.
