Reliant Construction

It was an extensive remodel. They were a bit slow, that's the bad part. The good part is they came in and they specifically did their job. They always called me to keep me a breast of everything. I think they were trying to do to many jobs at one time. So, I think if they would have concentrated more on my job they would have got it done fast. They were punctual. (Laughing) They were here even days I didn't really want them here. They were very Professional. I would shop around more next time. I didn't shop around as much as I should have.

From the start Joe Shaw was a pleasure to work with.  He took his time and ensured he understood what are requirements were.  He showed us a blueprint of the plans and once we signed a contract gave us a copy of the blue prints.  Throughout the process whenever we had changed requests, Joe let us know exactly how much the change would cost and once we approved the spend he made the change happen quickly.  We asked for some extras like a retractable screen to cover the lower patio.  We worked with our another supplier and Joe let us deal directly with them. I can some up Joe's great work ethic in one simple story.  During the construction we had a rain storm and there was no tarp to cover a hole in the wall where the new joist were being hung.  Joe drive 45 minutes from his home late at night to cover the hole and stop the leak.  Awesome job! 
We enjoyed working with Joe so much we have a second project we are working on with him.

We have used Reliant construction for multiple projects over the past few years and they have always done excellent work at a very reasonable price.  They are trustworthy and the quality of their work is top notch.  They are the first company we call whenever we have a home improvement project.

The work was excellent and  they were very professional. Eddie Hudson was very professional and quick in responding to my request.  Very reasonably priced.
The work went faster than what I thought and the work area was cleaned up afterwards. I will be using Reliant Construction for future jobs that are to big for me to handle. I highly recommend their work.

Reliant Construction, is a very good company to do a project with. Eddie had a good budget and a very tight time frame to get this job done. The room addition that was done on my home is very nice. Reliant Construction will be back to do two bathrooms and my kitchen.
