As a Commercial Landscaper Contractor, we offer scheduled maintenance and complete new installation of plants, shrubs and custom layout. Landscape Yard or Garden Installation
Michelle and Ryan responded promptly to my request for an estimate to stop a large soil erosion area. They answered all of my questions, told me what could and couldn't be done, offered additional, better solutions to our soil erosion problem. They explained the process in such a way that it was easily understood. They started work on the proposed start date. The price was reasonable and fair. They left our property clear of any extra materials.

Technician a long time to identify a problem and apparent did a lot of unnecessary work but charged the full time. He left the system working inefficiently. When I called him to return and correct problems, he was rude and refused to return without a fee and hung up the phone.

"We here at Premium Outdoor stand behind all of our work, and do not make any repairs that the customer does not approve. Due to the nature of irrigation repairs sometimes to diagnose the problem we must use the process of elimination. This customer called 2 months after we had been out saying he had a leak and we must come back out. We simply responded with if it is in the scope of work we already preformed it would be warrantied if not there would be a charge, however he refused and rudely told us we must come back out and fix the problem for free. We did have to finally end the call due the the tone of the customer."

We were leaving town the next day when we found a leak in our sprinkler system. We set up a time for them to do the repair while we gone. After the work was done they contacted a neighbor who let them test the service. Very pleased with the whole process and thought the price was fair. They emailed the bill and I could pay online with a secure site.

Michelle got back to me within the hour and came by to give us a quote that afternoon. She was very in tune to our landscaping needs and the job was done timely. She provided care instructions which is also very valuable. Wish all businesses put service and customer service at the top of their list like Premium Outdoor Services does. Work was done on time and sprinkler system is up and running. Found several spots that were cut or corroded (wire). Decided to have all the wire replaced. Several sprinkler heads were also replaced. Tech was great and gave me pointers on watering the grass and flower beds. Wiil use again if needed....Jeff Martin
