Ripped me off on $2.3K Porsche seats by sending them loose in garment
boxes which caused visible damage and internal damage to the
electronics, so driver seat doesn't work at all and passenger seat only
partially.
Sent me the part that was visibly broken but took a few
weeks, then when the seats could be finally be installed (past 45 day
period for ebay dispute) and discovered still not working because of
internal damage, and Potresse won't talk to me and say they are no
longer responsible.
Before shipping I emailed them to make sure they
would be well packed, marked as fragile and shipped via frieght because I
was afraid they would be dropped on bottom (which they clearly were).
Potresse wrote me back assuring me regarding all of the above, then sent
them loose in unmarked garment boxes, with a single layer of bubble
wrap. I don't mind mistakes, but to not take responsibility for their
own mistake and let me eat over 2K is crazy!

Hey, I'm really psyched about the seats, and as you see having them
delivered to my mechanic. I presume these are going via frieght. Could
you please mark them clearly that they should be handled carefully and
not dropped, etc. I had a couch delivered once that was fine until they
got to my door, and dropped in onto the street out of the trailer,
crushing the wooden frame. Anyway, just want to make sure the delivery
people understand the value of these seats remaining prestine, as you

miltonbeeswax, Hi! No problem, we're in the process of boxing them up
right now. We will ship them by tomorrow just to make sure they are
protected and secure. We will also make sure they are handled properly!
