Description of Work: He remodeled a large master bath. This included the following tasks. Most materials, as noted, were included in the bid. :1. Demo'd old stall shower ,whirlpool tub and floor tile. Leveled floor. 2) Inspected wall studs and treated and supplemented ones with rot 3) Rebuilt shower with anti-fracture and anti-moisture membrane, Hardie backer board, and tar paper. (All materials included. 4) Installed fixed shower head, sliding-bar shower wand, and controller (All materials included) 5) Installed frameless glass shower enclosure (all materials included) 6) Installed blocking in wall for grab bar in shower for future use and 2 shower niches 7) Moved shower drain in shower and tub 8) Installed new drop tub (tub cost included, but not tub faucet cost) 8) Built pony wall between shower and tub, installed tile tub skirt, built new tub deck (all materials included). 9) installed tile on floor, and from floor to ceiling around tub and shower area using expoxy grout everywhere (grout but not tile cost included). 10) Installed new baseboards and replaced rotten door frame (materials included) 11) Installed 2 new light fixtures above vanities and new light switch 12) Made sheetrock patches, and painted entire room (all materials included) 12) Installed cabinet hardware on existing vanities, 13) Installed new toilet (labor only included) 14) installed new light fixture and 2 new mirrors in other parts of the house (labor only included).
