I am purchasing a home with a swimming pool. Mr. Stanton was on time, professional and very informative. He did the complete inspection of the home and the swimming pool. His report offers additional information for future work and maintenance of the home. I would highly recommend him and the service.

Experience was very positive. They subcontracted a termite inspection, and both home and termite inspectors were on time. At the conclusion of the inspection, they produced a very thorough, color-printed report in a ring binder. They patiently reviewed the report with me at the end of the inspection. Price is probably slightly higher than average, but worth the small extra for the quality, professional work.

Mike, with Pillar to Post, was on time as schedule to do a home inspection. He was detailed and I received the report the same day.

Mark Rodgers was our inspector, and he did as thorough a job as possible. The house was already finished before he saw it. There are three different inspections done. One at foundation level, one before the drywall goes up, and one after the house is completed. We chose the later because of financial reasons. Mark explained everything he discovered. The contractors were notified, and solved the problems that were found. In the end Pillar to Post saved the contractors and us a lot of headaches. Maybe we should have hired them for the complete inspection.

Mike Weible of Pillar to Post was the individual who kept an eye on the construction to make sure everything was done correctly. He asked the contractors detailed questions before doing each inspection. He formerly worked for a contractor, so he knew the type of mistakes that could be made during housing construction. I was kept appraised of the activity all through the building process. I believe the inspections forced the sub-contractors to pay closer attention to what they were doing.
