Called my old Pest Control company because I had found termites in my home. They had been bought out by PestBear Inc. Made appt for them to come out. Three weeks later after shoddy, inferior work and numerous schedule changes I terminated their services. The Technician either did not bring the proper equipment to do the job or the equipment he had was in such poor shape it could not do the job. Several times the Manager was supposed to accompany the Tech but did not show up. Finally I made an appt to have an Area Manager come out and look at the work that had been done. She did not show up either.

I think the word bear refers to the customer service. I thought they were local but people from Florida keep calling me to make an appointment that no one shows up for. I like the manager Charlotte but she had to always fix the problems people in Orlando caused me. Do yourself a favor and stay local.

They called me for the next three days to see if there were any problems. If there was any animal trapped they would've come out immediately and taken care of it. I have been using them for probably seven years. I have never had any trouble with them and I have never seen any bugs after they have carried out treatment. Even if I do find any I can just call them and they would come out immediately. They are very extensive with their work. They have just been great. They will be coming out next week. They carry out treatment every three months and I pay them every three months. They are always on the ball. They call me to make an appointment and come out on the day they say they would.

I have Pest Bear come out, once every quarter to spray pesticide outside the house. They are expensive, but, the quality of job is good. They are thorough and I have never had any issues with them. The call you ahead and confirm the schedule. They are punctual for the job, do their work and leave. In case, no one?s at him they leave a bill and get going. I like their services and will use the same in future.
