You have all their contact information. At Owner Builder Network we don't let just anybody be on our list. We only deal with companies who have been in business for at least two years. I gave their designer an architects plan I had purchased and was told their guy could reduce the footage to match the neighborhood better . He was totally incapable of that plus kept making changes for no reason . I drew up what I needed as he was incapable . I finally paid someone else to do his job . Then trades and material their guy told me their were delays getting bids so I called their suppliers and got some bids the same day . It was two months before they came back with one and it didn't even pass code. I finally gave up on them ever doing their job and built my house myself using trades and suppliers I found for thousands less . I paid them 20,000 dollars and got nothing in return AVOID THIS COMPANY

I originally met the team at a home show and I must warn every one that reads this, there are other companies out there who will pretend they are Owner Builder Network.  I had heard of OBN on the radio for years and new some of the OBN  team from other discussions.  They bring value to every dollar they charge and the follow through is amazing.  BUT BE CAREFUL, there are other companies on 1488 who try to copy variations of the Owner Builder Network name!   They are not Owner Built Custom Homes or Green Built Custom Homes or any other of the fly by nights out there.   If there is any doubt, just ask for the owner of OBN Sheila Kramer and then you can be sure you are at the right place and if anyone offers to come to your home pretending to be them.  That is not how OBN does business.  
These are great honest people who helped me build my home.  And I had plus 30 per cent equity when I moved in....
