He did a great job drawing up plans, helping us pick out plants, and even using some of the plants from the front yard that weren't doing so well with the hot afternoon sun. His workers did a wonderful job, and we were very pleased. Unfortunately, his follow-up is terrible. One of the accent lights on a tree he planted stopped working. It is an LED light and should last for years instead of 10 months. We call Travis and he came by and said he would get us another one. After a month and several phone calls, we gave up, got the information on the light and bought a replacement ourselves. We spent $110 for a light that should have been under warranty.

Travis came to our home and we discussed what we were looking for in new front beds. Travis returned in a week or so with a new design for our new beds. We had a budget for this project and Travis worked with us to get this project done and keep us from going over budget. 2 weeks later Travis's crew showed up on the day he said they would and in 2 days we had our new beds. It was a joy to work with Travis and his crew and I would recommend them highly.

First, I should have checked Angie's List before saying yes. I also should have not been so anxious to agree because they make you sign a contract. My yard looks even worse than it did before. We follow the Randy Lemon schedule with the grass. The back yard especially looks awful. I only buy plants from Plants for all Seasons. My husband wants them to stop coming. They will not respond to emails. What is up with that. Isn't this a free country. They are cutting grass for goodness sake. Especially since we are so disappointed you would think they would just say, ok, fine. We have also spent a fortune on an excellent irrigation system. They cut St. Augustine way too short, they butcher it and the back yard is over 50% weeds. Also many totally dead spots, as if something killed the area. Nothing looks good in the back. They are getting careless with pulling weeds and removing dead flowers. I've lost two azalea bushes. I hope they read this and agree to just drop us. I have been unhappy after the first month. Finding decent lawn service in the Spring area must be impossible. If another company on this list thinks they can fix my yard, let me know,

The Spring cleaning went great and exceeded expectations. After trying to keep up with the yard myself for the first part of the Summer, I fell behind and realized I just didn't have the time to do the weekly maintenance. I signed up for their weekly service agreement and the first appointment was this morning. They did show up a little early (7:00AM) which doesn't work for my family, but we never discussed this so it isn't their fault. They did an excellent job mowing, edging, and removing some weeds from the flower beds, etc. They were very professional and a pleasure to speak with. I HIGHLY recommend their service. I see that there is a negative review on this company, but I have to tell you that I have had nothing but good experiences with these folks.

Initially fine, until I started noticing bald spots on my lawn from them mowing too short, then they would only mow in one direction so I got ruts in my yard. I asked them to cut it higher but they said that st. augustine needs to be cut like this....after IKE they added a charge for yard clean up. My husband and I had completed all the yard clean up and set it on a pile on the cement driveway to chip it to fill in low spots. They took this pile away and charged us for it without a request or permission. When gas was nearly $4 a gallon, they again charged an upcharge despite a contracted price. After I had 15K of landscaping completed, I sent them an email and I called them to tell them not to mow due to the recent placement of new sod--they mowed and subsequently much of the sod died. They generally come on wednesdays and after I get home on wednesday evening, there are always tons of weeds they haven't pulled--I am pulling weeds almost everyday--what do I pay them for? I emailed and called and MANY times asked to void the contract but they were just the biggest jerks. Rusty and Travis came out to "talk" to me and were intimidating and frightened me. I hope no one ever uses them--they are horrid.
