Went the way the contractor promised with no additional charges. Was friendly and explained everything to me even if dumb questions. Cleaned up their messes. Windows are already helping with the electrical cost already. Several of my neighbors have used them to replace their windows too and were also pleased. I would use them again with absolutely no reservations.
