Milstead Glass

They had lost my initial order. Also, they had to regenerate the ticket. After that, it was smooth sailing. They were very professional, good people. Very apologetic for losing the work ticket. The work turned out great. They could probably have better control of their paperwork.

Unusual size and glass, so they had to order it special.  Installed one week after measurement and estimation, so it was inconvenient to live with a patched window for so long.  Installation was as scheduled and professional.  Cleaned up nicely.  Despite a lot of small pieces of broken glass, they left very little behind.  Cost was higher than expected (did not get multiple estimates) and timing was longer than expected.

It went great the installer showed up well within 2 hour window and everything looks nice...to be honest I should suck it up and  probably give an "A" on price except I happen to know exactly how much those two pieces of glass actually cost ;)

Excellent! The product was excellent, the installation was excellent. The customer service was excellent as well I could call them with any questons. It was a great experience.

The gentlemen was professional, courteous, efficient & knew what he was doing. He removed the broken glass pane, measured again the window size, cut the glass, stuck in the window and resealed it. He picked up all the trash & broken glass from the ground and took it away. Great service.

They have done everything.  When something didn't work right, they came back and fixed it.  Then they came back recently because the door peddled and fixed the trim underneath the seal again for free.  They were very prompt.  They just came back a week and a half ago to fix the seal after it was dried out.  They came and fixed it with no problem.

Excellent first impression, excellent office folks and expert window installer. Just a very pleasant bunch of folks to work with.

We are half into a window repair waiting for the glass panel to arrive-when it is all complete will give you an update.

Milstead Glass was extremely responsive and did the work the next day from my call! They were polite, professional, and really tried to get me the best deal they could. Milstead did not know I needed the work done right away they just got me in their schedule and it was perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass replacement.

The shock of losing portions of the base of the table, knowing the company which built the table was no longer in business was intense. The fact that Milstead was able to replace the broken parts with exact replacements make a difficult situation easy to deal with.
I could not be more pleased with the results.

Contacted Milstead Glass to repair a crack in the windshield.  Arrived at scheduled time and proceeded to start on windshield repair. Advised due to the hot weather that the windshield might crack when trying to cool it down. Windshield did crack and I ordered a replacement windshield from Milstead. They arrived on time when the windshield came in and replaced the windshield.
I will use them again.

They come out promptly gave an estimate, it was by far the best price. I shopped several other companies they came in a timely manner and completed the work great job cleaned up glass looks fantastic we have received many compliments. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

They came right out to measure, then ordered the windows and the process took about 10 days. The arched window had to be re-done because the mutins were not correct. The process had to be repeated, but it wasn't a big deal. It took us a couple days to notice it was wrong. I don't think anyone else would have. Very nice people to work with.. I gave them a B for price because I really am not sure. I tried to compare their pricing with other Angie's List suppliers and they seemed average. We also picked them because of location because we like to give business to the Tomball/Magnolia area companies.

I liked everything. There were no issues at all with their service. They were prompt with their appointment. They were professional and called to tell me what to expect.

I called Milstead who sent a technician out to measure the opening.  He then went back to his shop and ordered the custom window.  Within a week the window was installed.  Pretty fast turn-around for a custom window.  I had called the company who originally manufactured and installed all our windows when we built our house.  They were really not interested in helping me at all, and basically told me to find someone else to help me. So, I looked on Angie's List and found Milstead, and I'm so glad I did.  Yes, I will call them again. They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled the broken glass away, and recommended a good tint company to come tint the window to match all our other windows.
