Would never recommend this company. They cut costs on materials and employ tradesmen that are #incompetent. A week to them equals 6 weeks in real time. They took our money, performed shoddy work and weren't able to fix it. We had to hire a new contractor to come in and start over after losing over $30K to these incompetent fools.

We hired #MHCRemodelingPros because they were a local company with a fair price and had great reviews. We hired them to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. We should have known it was a mistake when it took them over a month to give us an estimate. They kept saying "It takes us a while to get the estimate to you because we pride ourselves on getting the design right, but once we get this done, we move pretty fast." Well, that couldn't have been farther from the truth. They demo'd my bathroom on December 8th and then let it sit for a week before we had to start complaining to get them back out to work on it. From then on, everything they touched had to be ripped out and redone. They didn't follow our design and had to rip out the linen closet we asked them to build and rebuild that. Our shower wall tile was placed with huge gaps between the wall and floor tile, no shower pan liner was used. the floor wasn't level and water ran all over our bathroom and into the kid's bathroom next door. The floor had to be removed three times. Twice by them and once by a real professional. The bathroom cabinetry doors were 1/2 too wide and had to be taken back and re-sized. They brought them back and the drawers were too tight to open without a crowbar. They told us "they just have to break in a little bit" and refused to fix them. They told us daily starting in December that our kitchen cabinets were being fabricated and would be ready to go "very soon." Every day we got updates on cabinetry that was not being fabricated for us. We later found out from the carpenter that he had not been working on our cabinetry. Once they brought the cabinetry over, they were not industry standard size of 24", they were 23'. Where we were supposed to have two equal sized cabinets, they had gotten off their measurements by TWELEVE INCHES, so tried to construct a filler cabinet that would house 4 inch wide drawers and looked ridiculous. I could go on for days, but there is probably a word limit on this review. The bottom line is that these guys are incapable of quality, professional work and they have not been truthful with us since day one. We paid them over $30k and have very little to show for it. They are now ghosting us on attempts to get our money back for work that was not performed or performed no better than I could have done myself. #AvoidLikeThePlaugue #MagnoliaTexas #WoodlandsTX
