Last year, when I scaled back and eventually stopped for the winter, when I called to attempt to re-start
service, my call was not returned. I called one week later and was provided an excuse for not returning
my call which as a long-term customer for me was unacceptable.

He comes weekly. He is easy to talk to and is a nice person. If you tell him what you want to have him done, then he strives to please. He is honorable and I like him. Sometimes he doesn?t show up on the same day of the week which may be due to weather conditions. Sometimes when we are excepting to see him, he doesn?t come for a day or two.
