Description of Work: A terrible experience, we had a hazy film over our newly installed solid wood flooring due to the fact that the crew obviously had no idea what they were doing. We hired a third-party inspector to find out what happened, and rather than using soap & water to clean excess glue, they installed the whole floor, then went back over it with paint thinner. This resulted in a thin layer of adhesive being smeared all over the floor. It's been almost two years and after multiple steam cleans, it's begun to look a bit better. Magnolia Flooring denied any wrong-doing and refused to offer any compensation or even an apology. After consulting a lawyer, we decided it wasn't worth the additional cost of taking it to court not knowing what the outcome would be. As a homeowner, this was the single worst experience I've had with a contractor, avoid at all costs.

Description of Work: We used Magnolia Flooring. They put down wood lament floor in my entry way of my house, they removed the old countertops and installed granite countertops and sinks in my kitchen, my half bath and my master bath.

Description of Work: We had granite countertops (and stone backspash) installed in our kitchen, 1/2 bath and master bath, as well as laminite wood flooring installed in the foyer. The price was excellent in comparison to the other bids we received. The work was great and I would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Nick came in, sized up what was needed, and gave me an EXCELLENT price for a new granite guest bathroom vanity top. His workers installed the new granite top, the sink, back splash and new faucet all in one day; cleaned up everywhere before leaving. AND, they were extremely professional and courteous. Nick gave me an excellent price and quality service - and I am using him again for my neighbor's house in the kitchen to replace some old formica countertops. I am looking forward to working with him again. It is good to get a reasonable price for honest and dependable work. Nick was easy to work with and always accessible for any of my questions regarding the granite and the installation process. He also did a follow-up on the reults and inquired as to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him/his company to anyone considering tile work or granite in the Houston or surrounding areas. You can actually tell, when speaking with him, that he enjoys what he does - and is very proud of his work; he is quite enthusiastic to exceed the customer's expectations.....which he has done for us!
