Home Building
I've told him that the windows need to be replaced, and that since the installer who put them in is no longer in business he needs to take care of it. There is a warranty, however he's not responding to my requests. I've gotten several estimates that are around $24,000 to replace all the windows, and still no response from him. I wrote him a letter after the hurricane came around, after there was a leak in the bay window and water came in through the leak. The garage door also needs to be replaced as well as it keeps falling all of the time. He still hasn't responded to either.
