Landin's Floors and More

We built the house 7 years ago this was the first time we had them deeply cleaned. They honestly look better now than the day we moved in. Beautiful, fast and efficient!

Service provided went great. Floors were first swept, then mopped several times to remove any dirt. Then a wax was applied and the floors were professionally Buffed to a SUPER SHINE.....

This was a rush job, as carpet cleaning became a requirement to complete a lease. I really appreciated his willingness to come out on short notice when I needed it.  The quality of the work was simply outstanding -- I thought the carpets were stained, but he got almost everything up.  He carefully pointed out a couple of minor permanent spots that I might not have noticed.  I am sure he had gone over and over some areas many times to achieve the quality results.

We've used the company for several years. They are good at removing spots and they always shows up on time. They were helpful with moving furniture and good at focusing on spots and always have bonuses and seem to work extra hard without extra charge. This past time, they did several rooms and then the stairs at no cost.
