"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for the review."
"Hello [Member Name Removed], you must be mistaken so let me kindly remind you of why you were denied service... when being notified the technician was running behind, but on his way, you said the following "The fact that the technician has to go into attics at other house calls has nothing to do with my appointment. Which was scheduled between 1-5. I do hate that he does have to be in 140 degrees in attics but I didn't choose his profession" 5:29 PM. Understandably, you were upset with us running late, however, we did notify you and you did not like that. After the owner spoke with you privately on the phone you decided to send messages talking about his private area. "Guess what Joey you piece of s* I have an ac guy coming to fix my ac now. So I will be reporting you to the BBB ALSO DOING A REVIEW online and CANCELING AHS!! I guess you have a small p* issue so if a woman talks down to you. You loose your temper and cancel appointments. Maybe try surgery and anger management" 7:10 PM. Unfortunately for you, I do not think the owner had the anger issues here. Without referring to the other reviews you berated us on, on top of commenting on the sexuality of the workers here, we find it reasonable we did not service you... So with that being said have a blessed day and I hope you are not this inappropriate with the special needs children you work with."
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for your review. Please let us know if we can help in the future. Have a great day."

"On August 12th our technician ran the call at [member name removed] house. The diagnosis was a water leak in the attic, coil drain clogged and water overflowed into the plenum. The suggestion was that the customer needed a plenum, drain pan and float switch. The technician did blow out the drain. The work was called in to 210 and it was determined what 210 would cover and would not. Originally they were to supply the drain pan. Because of the coil style they couldn't find one so if we were contracted to do the work we would have it made. Our phone calls with [member name removed] seemed as if he wanted the work done however the owner of Jtech never got an acceptance of charges from the warranty company so he never approved the pan to be built. We do not know if [member name removed] was advised of the charges but we turned them in.That then becomes the warranty company's responsibility. When we called to verify this we found out that in fact he did not ever accept charges and all of the people that he talked to at the warranty company never read the notes to that fact. We were never going to just replace the pan only. We would do all of the work or none at all. It is our responsibility and if we do it half way and there was further damage, we would be responsible for it. I cant comment on it only being a calcium deposit that was causing the problem because I wasn't there and I didn't see it. Bottom line is...[member name removed] never accepted the non covered charges and the owner of the company never got an acceptance email so he never approved the pan to be built. There may have been a communication breakdown in if the pan was being built or not but for the owner of J-Tech who makes the decisions there was never any doubt that unless the customer accepted the charges for the work to be done the pan was not going to be built."
