Very unprofessional! The company was eager to do the work and get paid but never delivered on their promise. I had to contract another company to finish their job.

Horsley was responsive with their own crew, who finished their part of the project on the time schedule to which we agreed. However, they contracted with a plumber to move the gas lines and their subcontractor plumber took 2 weeks to come and did not even call before they just showed up at our door one morning. I told one of the plumbers about the property line and where the gas lines needed to go since the main plumber was on the phone. I checked an hour later and they were moving the gas lines onto the adjacent property - exactly where I told them NOT to go (the assistant did not tell the main plumber what I said). They did correct the problem, but I feel like Horsley could have communicated better and the assistant plumber could have relayed the information about where to put the lines that I gave to him.
