When the HTI service professional arrived, I showed him the system and asked for a diagnosis and estimate of cost. I also showed him a leaky valve to include that in the process. He immediately went to the truck and got a transformer and replaced it saying that there was no way to diagnose the whole problem without power. He replaced the transformer and immediately the system came back online. He put it through a test cycle to make sure all the zones were working (and they were). He also took a look at the value and decided it just needed a bit of hand tightening (which I had already done). In the end, that was all that was needed. In the end, he charged me a very fair price for the transformer and service call. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to get right at it for a very fair cost. He saved me a lot of time and money in the end.
