Landscaping
Didn't show up 3x in a row when they said they would start the job. Finally started the job and took longer than estimated. Gave one year warranty on all trees, shrubs. 3 trees have died within the warranty period. Called them 3x with no response. Finally got a response. They said they would put in new trees a week ago. They did not. We now cannot get ahold of them.

They never came when they said they would. There was always a total lack of communication. Whenever I would tell them what I was dissatisfied, they never did anything to make it right. I decided to go with someone else.
