I had 150 windows and huge skylights. I don't have them do the insides every year. They are quite accommodating. If the right people are here the quality is A+. If the wrong people are here, they are going to make mistakes and do damage. I usually have them pressure wash the gutters and take down all the mud-daubers, wasps and spiders. Once they took off a piece of stucco. I have been promised by the owner that only certain people would come back and so far I haven't had any problems. It was a youngster that came out that caused the damage. I will probably continue to use them because they are familiar with my house.

I have used these guys for several years.  They are generally very good, though once or twice in the past some of their young helpers have messed up.  They respond quickly when there is a problem and make it right. No problems this time.  Jan is very good, and when he is on the job, it is always done right.
