Horrible behavior - absolutely unacceptable and no response from the owner who clearly doesn't care.

This provider's estimate was in the mid-range of all that I'd contacted for gutter cleaning and power washing my sidewalk.

Went very well, very professional and friendly. Showed up as scheduled.

On or about week of April 14, 2014 I called Grandview to have my windows cleaned on 4/25/14 at 2:00 pm. I have been a client for the past 8 years or so. When crew did not show up by 3:00 pm I called Grandview. He said he was surprised that crew had not showed up. He called me back and said crew was still on a job near the Galleria. He said they might be at my home around 6:00 pm. But, we did agree that if they did not show up at about 6:00 pm they could come at 8:00 am the next morning on 4/26/14. At 8:30 am 4/26/14 David called and said he still needed to get his equipment and hoped to be here around 9:30 am. I cancelled service because I had told Grandview yesterday that I needed to be at another appointment late morning so it was imperative that the work be started early on 4/26/14. I called the owner and told him of my displeasure with him not doing the work on 4/25/14 and then his promise of coming at 8:00 am on 4/26/14 not being performed. He told me to get someone else and not to bother him again. That is what I will do. Company appears not to be service minded now versus in the past.

I had 150 windows and huge skylights. I don't have them do the insides every year. They are quite accommodating. If the right people are here the quality is A+. If the wrong people are here, they are going to make mistakes and do damage. I usually have them pressure wash the gutters and take down all the mud-daubers, wasps and spiders. Once they took off a piece of stucco. I have been promised by the owner that only certain people would come back and so far I haven't had any problems. It was a youngster that came out that caused the damage. I will probably continue to use them because they are familiar with my house.

They were punctual, thorough, and professional. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them in the future.

I have used these guys for several years. They are generally very good, though once or twice in the past some of their young helpers have messed up. They respond quickly when there is a problem and make it right. No problems this time. Jan is very good, and when he is on the job, it is always done right.

They were on-time and thorough. We would recommend them to others.

Well, the cleaner was prompt on arrival. The job took twice as long as expected but that wasn't a problem for me.

I have used them twice. They came out when they said they would. They were very prompt. They did a good job at a good price.
