Description of Work: march 11 2016 replaced both battery terminals $216.68 did not solve electrical problem. then replaced ignition switch. $116.46 . did not solve problem. allegedly replaced ignition switch. told was new defective switch. replaced with new one. march 13 2016 double charged cc for replacement switch again for $116.46 did not solve problem. had vehicle towed on march 29, 2116. march 29, 2016, told I had bad starter. had them replace starter on march 29, 2016 for $ 427.99 about December 10. 2016. car would not start jumped it and took it back. told technician that had worked on car was ill and no longer available to continue to diagnose problem. spoke with owner of store told me all the above work was not necessary and that original technician should have replaced steering column.. he would send it to his electrician at his other shop and have fixed. was to pick up car last Friday dec15 and received call from tony? ( the owner and told to be patient. The radio was not operating correctly with ignition switch. waited Monday , no call waited Tuesday, until 2;oo pm and finally called him and asked him to call me back.technician told me vehicle was ready and I asked him what work was done and the total amount due and he said he did not know. again asked for a call from Tony, the owner. I was told by tony on the previous Saturday that the simple solution would be to install a toggle switch which I would have to turn on and off to start car so battery would not continue to be drained. Agreed to additional cost of 145.00 to complete work On Tuesday after tony would not return 5 calls went down at 5:30 to pick up vehicle, to find 15.00 plastic isolator switch installed at battery which I would have to pop hood, turn battery switch on and off every time I was to drive the car, not a toggle switch inside the car like we had agreed on. Out of frustration to get need cay back, I paid $145.00 for 15.00 battery swtch so I would have a car to drive. WOW after six trips to this shop, they totally misdiagnosed the problem, doubled billed my cc twice $116.46 for same ignition switch I have had the WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY 65 YEAR LIFE WITH SPENDING OVER $1080 TO INSTALL A 15.00 BATTERY CUT OFF SWITCH. Tony the owner would not return my call. The man at the desk did not have any one there that could tell me what was being done to my car. BOTTOM LINE---AVOID GOOD ONE AUTOMOTIVE. THEY DO NOT TELL TRUTH AND HAVE GIVEN ME MY WORST AUTO EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. .
