The overflow was draining for a very long time. Carl came out several times until it was determined that the original pipes were clogged down the line. He put the new pipes directly to the main drain and all is well. He even brought a plumber in to collaborate on the problem! I am so pleased to report that I will personally recommend this company. They served me in Houston, but they will also be coming to my home in Navasota if and when I need them. They were a joy to deal with.
I have had other A/C repair companies, and Carl fixed their mistakes.
