Had them install a stamped concrete patio. Quality of finished product was terrible. Fine print said that we had to pay for the job upon completion, even if we we were not satisfied with the work. Ivan said that there was nothing wrong with the work. We paid in full and sued in small claims court. He requested a trial by jury. We won a judgment and he is refusing to honor the verdict and pay the judgment. We are now in the process of taking additional legal action to recover our money. I believe that Evaâ s Garden Outdoor Services is a one man operation that has no honor or obligation to his customers or respect for the law.

Contacted several different concrete contractors and after discussing the project with them I chose to go with Eva's. Met Ivan and his crew and Ivan kept me informed as to their progress. Great work by Ivan and the finished driveway project looks Fantastic. I would recomend them without hesitation.

We chose Ivan because we had used him in The past with landscaping. When we decided to start our concrete project Ivan was our number one choice. The quality of work we received was subpar at best. We are completely disappointed in the work we received. Ivan promised to repair the yard where the concrete truck tore it up, then no showed and has completely ghosted/blocked us. He also agreed to repour the concrete as he did not follow any of our directions. He asked us to give him 30 days to get the materials needed and a new crew to do the work. We agreed and now he has completely ghosted usâ ¦ blocked all calls texts and emails. I have never been so disappointed in another person as I thought Ivan was a man of integrity and a man that stood behind his word but I was COMPLETELY WRONG!! Ivan has no respect or integrity!! DI NOT UST IVAN IT HIS COMPANY! I have pictures of the work if anyone is interested.

Ivan was the best possible landscape contractor to work with. He installed a new back yard patio area at my home. He was easy to work with, expanding on our ideas with his professional skill and advice. The job was completed timely by very qualified craftsman. His bid for the work was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Job was done efficiently. Ivan was responsive; he called when he said he would call, showed up on time and completed the project on time. He and his crew worked diligently...no standing around, no wasted effort...they WORKED! they cleaned up their work items, any trash or wrappers each day. They nicely protected the grass and areas they needed to walk over to reach the work area and they were all friendly and courteous. I recommend.

I hired Evaâ s Garden to make a generator pad, pool pump pad & Septic controller pad. We removed the equipment and they poured the slab. No more ants and bull rock !

I would not recommend this man to do anything. UPDATE 10/22/23: This guy Ivan is a scammer. I had a contract with him to extend my breezeway. Paid him 3000 of the cost 45% to start. He poured the concrete slab and had stolen materials delivered to my home to complete the project. He tried to ask for another 2000 and when I refused he refused to finish the contract. You might ask how I know the materials were stolen? He gave me a copy of the quote like he paid for the materials. I called the company and they said the materials had not been paid for and they would not be doing business with Evas Garden again. Now I am stuck with the materials shrink wrapped in my driveway. The company said they did not want it back. I think they might file legal action. So that means he changed me 3000 for a 12x12 concrete slab that another concrete company said was not pour correctly and will settle badly over time and Ivan kept the rest of the money. Now I have to find a company to finish the job which now I am going to be skeptical about because of the way Evas Gardens Ivan Salazar.

You better stand there and watch them do their work

Ivan was very. Professional, He finished my concrete project in a timely manner and clean up the area very well. I would definitely recommend him to others and also use his service again

Ivan was always professional and courteous. He seemed very knowledgeable about the project. My wife gave him her vision and he took off with it. We get compliments all the time!

Ivan came out gave me a quote, and checked in periodically as my start date was more than a month out. Patio slab looks great, done in one day. He's coming back to acid stain it this weekend. I'm looking forward to hanging out on the new patio this summer and fall.
