I will not be calling again.

I requested an estimate on a Monday to rehang a front gate that was sagging and was difficult in closing.  A gentleman named Steve met me and we discussed the work that needed to be done.  He suggested that I install an electronic gate, different from the existing manual operating gate.  I mentioned that it was not necessary as I was selling the house.  After a few minutes discussing the gate,  Steve expressed interest in seeing the inside of the house.
Upon leaving the property, Steve said that he would email me the following day with the estimate and that he would close the gate behind him.  The very next Tuesday morning when I went to open the gate I discovered that the gate was in worse condition than it was previously.  The post that the gate was hooked to, to keep it secured when in the open position was leaning and practically worked out of the ground.  Evidently Steve attempted to close the gate without unhooking it from the post.
I gave him until Thursday afternoon to contact me with an estimate and to mention what happened to the gate upon him closing it when he left on Monday.  I called and left a message that Thursday and have not heard from Steve or anyone from that company since.  Mind you it has only been 4 days, but in my book its 4 days too long.

It went great both Steve and Ernesto were wonderful to work with.  Steve did a great job with design and helping solve issues.  Ernesto is a great artist and built a fantastic custom entry gate.
During the fence build we had a larger than desired gap under a fence section.  We chose a step down/up approach that could cause this too happen.  I called Steve and he came out and looked at the situation.  He immediately had the answer and the fence team came the next day and more an adjustment.  Then fence looks great.
Ernesto and his team came out and installed the courtyard gate.  They worked very hard, were very pleasant and did a great job.  My wife is so proud of the gate.  Its exaclty what she envisioned.  They cleaned up and showed us how to operate the remote.
We are getting many compliments on our fence and the gate.  Great job by a great company.

Would not use them because of their lack of response to several messages and a visit to the office.

Installed a wood fence that was not up to code. Had to return multiple times for issues with warped boards, poor craftsmanship and no clean up. His crew left nails and a saw on the ground in the back yard. This put both our children and animals at risk for puncture wounds and lacerations. He did try to meet our requests but his crew lacked the experience or the capability to install a fence that didn't lean or bow. It wasn't even level. Very disappointing.

It went pretty good. Ernesto was recommended by our General Contractor. The work turned out good. But I must say, Ernesto seemed very busy and hard to pin down, maybe because this was a relatively small job? Not sure. About 2 days before he was to install he said he forgot to order the pickets, but the steel company ended up having them so it was not a big deal... I offered to pay the guys that did the installation, then it ended up taking him about 4 weeks to inquire about getting paid, which I did not complain about. :)
