They were horrible. I'm thinking of small claims court; horrible. They replaced an iPad screen 5 times. They finally got it working and now my battery won't charge. Now, they say, "that's your battery problem". The one guy said, over the phone, that he wouldn't give me a credit, so I went in there because I was going to face-to-face him and the other guy said, "I'll give you a credit" and I never got the credit. The price was probably fair. After the 5th replacement of that screen, it won't even take a charge now. He said, "well, it's your battery, you need to replace the battery" and that's $75, of course. I called a few other places and they said, "no, if it's your batter going bad, it will hold the charge, it just won't last very long". Well, this won't even take a charge, so they said they either bumped it or disconnected it so now it's not charging at all.
