They're very good. I never have any problems with them.

They've always been good. What I like is they're very easy to deal with. They put in much time to do the job. If there's any problem, they tell me. They do a good job. Price seems to be fair. Responsiveness is very good. They're very on time.

Exceptional service as promised. Kudos to all who work for Country Air.

They are wonderful and are our hero for a million reasons. We purchase three times yearly service from them so they come out regularly for seasonal maintenance. We have two units and they service both. It costs about $100 each time they come out. In September they check our heater and in April or sometime they come out to look at the air conditioner. We found them because they were local and we decided to give them a shot. We had what is called a zoned air conditioner system and the zoning was out of adjustment. The guy they sent out knew zoned systems backwards and forwards and was amazing. He is kind of my new hero. They are very responsive and prompt, like on our door step whenever we call. They call about 30 minutes before to tell us that the guy is on his way out.

I was told by a tech during a repair visit that I needed a new drain pan under my attic equipment. He was quite adamant. It seemed an unusual repair, so I called the company and talked to someone identified as the manager. He assured me that it was an important thing to do, so I authorized the repair.



The crew went to the supply shop and learned that the drain pan was no longer available as a separate component. Replacing it would involve replacing the whole unit (very expensive). The tech then said it was not important. I talked again to the manager, who now said it was not a big deal.



I was, however, now convinced that it was important thing to do. I asked if something else could be done to protect me. Well, he said, we could spray a sealant on the pan to stop a potential leak. Fine, says I, let’s do it. Sorry, the manager said, the owner won’t let me bring the tech in to get the sealant.



Okay, I said, may I come get it myself? Sure. So the technicians sat here doing nothing while my wife drove the seven miles into town to get the sealant.



Otherwise, the repair was satisfactory.

Came out the same day, and performed al work required.

They are excellent and very trustworthy. We called a couple of times and they came out right away. The manager is very nice and very honest.

Badly. We purchaced the heat pump and they convinced me I needed to get a clean air effects unit also to cut down on dust. It did not. It never worked right and finally last year out of sheer desperation we had them take it out. We had to replace in the 4 years we have had the unit a compressor, and I believe a coil (or another large item), which leads me to believe we got a lemon. Country Air is very predictable in that they say they will be there at a certain to fix something and when they don't show up and you call them, they were and quot;just thinking about youand quot;. I feel I was never told the truth by the technicians about what was going on and why things kept breaking. They never seemed to accept any responsibility for improper installation. I would NEVER have purchased the air pump thru them had I known. The Train air pump works well, but lots of problems with it. Many because of Country Air.
Don't use country Air

They are very good and they provide good service.

It was a service call and we spent about $57. The person who answered the phone when I called for an appointment was very courteous. The man that came out was very professional. I didn't have any problems. The unit is fine and I would recommend them to others. I don't know about the quality because we really haven't had to have anything done. I would use their services in the future too.

Country Air phoned us several days before confirm appointment and to notify that all parts were in stock. Workers arrived on schedule and installed high efficiency unit (expensive but efficient) . Workers were very professional, hard-working and happy to answer questions. Owner of Country Air stopped by to see the progress of install and later called after job was over. Unit was checked several weeks later to insure proper operation. AC check-ups include ventilation checks within entire house and thoroughly check attic, all vents in home and outside unit.Employees are very patient and arrive on time - never have had to wait for their arrival. Ownership is very approachable and friendly. Will continue doing business with Country Air in the future.

I had several companies bid to do the job and the prices ranged from $950 to $550. I went with Country Air because they were recomended by my plumber and the lowest bid. They installed one vent in each bathroom and one in the bathtub area. They did an excellent job and showed up on time. I will certainly use them again for any additional A/C work I need done. Great company!!
