Certified Carpet Cleaning

After they cleaned our carpets 2 times, the carpets were still very dirty. I will not use them again in the future.

This company falsely advertises in the Dallas Morning News direct mail piece that is sent to my home address each week. They advertise prices of 6.95 per room with a 2 room minimum. In 2008, I had move all my furniture off the carpets in order to get a thorough carpet cleaning. When the technicians came out they wanted to add up charges for every room. I could not afford the outragous up- charges and I asked that they just clean the rooms for the agreed to price and the technician called his manager and then left with their equipment without cleaning my carpets or without telling me that they were leaving. I called the company to find out where the technicians were and the Manager on duty told me that he had instructed his crew to leave since I wouldn't pay the upcharges. He was extremely rude and screamed at me on the phone. I remained calm and asked to speak to the owner and the guy on the phone told me that he was the owner. I had a party scheduled shortly after was totally up a creek with out a paddle. I have never been treated so badly by a "service" provider and would recommend that no one ever use this company.
