 + 6 moreCompany started on 08/20/2017 (job was stated as an 8 day job), they walked off the unfinished job on November 25, 2017. It will cost of tens of thousands of dollars to remove the work that they did in an unprofessional manner and which is now endangering the stability of our home.
Description of Work: I hired them to design and construct a handicap sidewalk, a regular sidewalk, two patios, a landing and a set of stairs, install ventilated HardiPlank siding, move a portable jacuzzi, relevel part of my pier-and-beam home, remove excess/damaging plants, etc. Contract was for $12931.

 + -1 moreCentury Foundation/Longmire Maintenance was outstanding they were on time and completed the work in two days. I was impressed on how well they all worked together as a team. I did call Jerry the owner later when one of the bedroom doors started sticking a couple of days later. Anthony and his team came back out in a timely manner and readjusted the door. I received many bids from leveling companies. I found that Century Foundation/Longmire Maintenance to be honest in reference to the cost on materials and their pricing for the job very fair.
Description of Work: Added additional beams and blocks that were needed to level our home. They also removed blocks that were sticking out on each end that were not necessary.

Description of Work: I had a warranty from them on my current home. The foundation repair they had done on this house was not holding and new cracks appeared. When I called them they were not very responsive and made excuses why the repair was not holding up. The warranty was not honored and I had to hire another company to do a brand new foundation repair.
