Dr. French and his staff were wonderful! They took great care of our 18-year-old cat in a kind, caring manner.

It went wonderful. The staff at Bear Branch are great. I have been there a few times with rescue animals, they treat all of the pets as though they are the most important pet there. You couldn't ask for a more caring bunch of people. Thank you for all you do to help the community and animals.

They did antibiotic packing in his ear as well as a steroid shot. Everything went well, they have very reasonable prices. They only charged for a brief exam which was very nice and cheap compared to my regular vet.

The staff is wonderful, punctual, professional and obviously have their hearts in their work. Examinations were thorough, options for treatment were discussed and the vet presented general cost comparisons for each option. Our previous vet did not discuss costs of treatment unless we asked directly. In addition to already EXTREMELY reasonable pricing (compared to our last vet), we were given a discount since our puppies were rescues from a local shelter. This clinic puts their money where their mouth is!!! Support for local animal shelters AND the folks who adopt from those shelters, social responsibility in action.
The folks at BBAH were like a breath of fresh air. Their passion for their work, the joy they get from their work and their overall approach to companion animal care is a rare treat.

We learned about Dr. French and BBAH from OPA, an animal adoption organization. I started by taking our newly adopted dog back to Dr. French, who had done surgery on him and treated him for heartworms. This office does a LOT of charity work. The staff recognized my dog and treated him like an old friend. He remembered them, too, and seemed happy to be there. It's not just Dr. French - who is fantastic - but his whole staff from the support staff in the back to the front desk that do such a good job. When I saw how the staff treated me and my new dog and how much it cost I decided to bring all my pets there from now on. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
