Needed two outdoor heaters repaired. One is working and one is not. They have not come back out and won’t respond.

Not good. It took them 4 trips to our house to bring the correct part for the oven. They incorrectly installed the fridge door hinge and want to charge me labor to correct their mistake. This has been going on for almost 3 months. The owner (Barry) called me 4 weeks ago and was nice. He assured me the work would get taken care of correctly...... It's still NOT done as of today.
