It was great and was just fine.

The tile person was inexperienced and was unable to do a proper job with the floor. It had to be ripped out and re-done, he did not know how to make the water go into the drain, he made the water go into my floor, so I had to rip up the floor and purchased different more floor tiles and it took 4-5 tries to make it correct. One of the owner was extremely rude, he hung at me twice, yelled at me, he told me I need to go to church, they were extremely difficult to work with, the customer service was awful, the man that delivered flooring from them, stolen my husbands tools in the garage and it cost thousands of dollars and he never came back.

Installers did a great job. Very happy with the work performed and the flooring I picked out.

It went very well. The owner/salesmen were very professional and helpful. The men who installed the carpet were very professional and helpful too. Overall, we are happy customers.

Fantastic price and even better service/install! Our floors were damaged due to an insurance claim. All Floors and More had a Huge selection on floors, very helpful employees that helped me pick just the right Flooring for my home. Couldn't be happier!

The sales team is great and the installation team was punctual and cleaned up appropriately.  However, there was some quality issues with installation.  First, they put a hole in one of my doors because they pushed it past the door stopper.  In one of the four rooms, pre-existing tile had to be removed.  However, the removal process was shoddy as you can still see parts of the existing tile right before they had to use plenty of leveling concrete in order to make the floor even since not all parts of the previous tile was removed.  In the other three rooms, they removed the pre-existing carpet but not enough leveling concrete/glue was used as there are some parts that have a minor hollow sound underneath.  Their follow-up recommendation is to drill small holes into the floor and to fill it with glue that way.  This is the same problem with my stair steps.

We had originally picked out the flooring in another flooring store, but we had such bad service at the other store we decided to try and find someone else to order the flooring and do the work.  From the time I walked in the store to the time the job was done I was extremely pleased.  We picked out and ordered some pretty expensive wood floors, which they worked with us to give us the best price possible.  They quickly checked and made arrangements for our financing, ordered a sample box (to make sure we likes the color), and then ordered the rest of the flooring and had it installed all within a couple of weeks of my first visit to their store.  The installers were very professional and did a good job installing the flooring and moving our furniture out then back in.  Jason Tatum is who I dealt with at the store.  After the nightmare we went through with the previous flooring company, it was such a relief to not have to go through another aggravating or troublesome scenario.  We are very happy with our floors and the service that came with them.  I have already recommended All Floors and More to others.

The carpeting looks pretty good, but the quality of the flooring does not look good at all. I have called several times about it and they continue to tell me they will have someone come back out to take a look at it, and I have never received a call back nor have they sent anyone out. I am waiting to have this fixed before I can do any more projects.

I had a good experience with All Floors and More. I was a little dissatisfied with the price but I bought from them anyways. Their customer service is good. The salesperson was good. They will help you get exactly what you want.

We had a good experience with them. They were very reasonable and very professional. They acted like they wanted our business. They were very polite. They kept their estimate at the price that it was. We first got an estimate from them about a year ago or maybe less. They then came to install. They kept it at that price. They also did it conservatively. We had a number of estimates on the flooring and the tiles that we needed. They matched it to that. They were very good and they matched it to their competitors' price. They held the price of their bid and honored it. We were very happy with them. The only problem that we faced with them was that they had a year's warranty which was great. We called them once as we had problems and we have not heard back from them. We would believe that they would honor their one year contract. They would give a warranty and come back out. We would just have to persuade it.
