WORKER WAS PROMPT AND POLITE. HE CONSCIENTIOUSLY SPRAYED ALL ACCESSIBLE AREAS. THE CHEMICAL DID NOT SMELL AS BADLY AS I ANTICIPATED. MY ADVICE IS TO REMOVE AS MANY ITEMS IN THE HOUSE AS POSSIBLE SINCE OBSTRUCTED AREAS DO NOT GET SPRAYED. OVERALL SERVICE MET MY EXPECTATIONS.

I WAS CONCERNED THAT MY GRANDMOTHER WOULD FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SOMEONE BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY POLITE AND PATIENT. HE WAS PLEASANT AND PUNCTUAL. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS THEIR LACK OF FOLLOW-UP. IF THEY PLACED PEOPLE ON A SCHEDULE TO REMIND THEM WHEN ITS TIME TO REPEAT THE PROCESS AND STICK WITH IT THEY WOULD HAVE MORE REPEAT BUSINESS.
