A-1 Preferred Contractors

Description of Work: I was referred to A-1 Preferred Contractors by Safeco, my insurance claim provider. Francis, who was main contact at A-1, apparently has a problem getting to appointments where she sets the appointment time, not the customer. Our entire experience with them revolved around when she would be available to come out and see us. We were misplaced from our home and were living in a hotel due to a small kitchen fire and she knew this. However, she made nothing convenient for us, the customer, and had no sense of urgency to provide a quote to us so we could submit it to Safeco for approval. She set up 3 different appointment times (again where she set the appt time) on 3 consecutive days with me. She failed to call or show on 2 of those days and on the other day, she was over 5 hours late. She continued to tell me how we don't understand the insurance process and insult my intelligence. You never tell a customer that they don't understand. She is not professional at all.
