I worked with Jerry and he was always very proffesional on it and did a great job.

Fine, Jerry and Buddy came out the next day and replaced the leaking electronic control on the front of the water heater in the garage using the new $200 part sent out by Whirlpool (which was nice of them to send it since the 5-year warranty on the heater had expired a couple of months before the leak started). The guys got the old part off (which was really stuck) and had the new one on in about 45 minutes. It's been running just fine ever since.

Nice family, it went just fine. Hope his business grows in the future.

It went well. Jerry and his worker arrived on time and replaced my broken unit. He also adjusted the drain in our bathroom sink at no charge and gave us an estimate to replace the drain apparatus in two upstairs bathrooms to be done at a later date.

Price was good. They responded fast. I've used them three times. I've recommended them. They were prompt, efficient and professional.

Everything went great. The service tech was knowledgeable and gave us an honest assessment of the problem he diagnosed and what he would do if it were him. The quote to repair was reasonable.

Everything went really well, some modifications were needed to make everything fit due to installation of counters.  Jerry (Owner) was able to correct those issues from other service providers and it all looks and works great.

I didn't have to pay anything above and beyond $88. It's not as if they fixed anything. They came out to discuss what needed to be done. They helped with a couple of small things, but nothingmajor.
