Lowe's is there ot sell. The CSR's are not experienced, they are hired because they will work for low pay. hence the high turnover. They are not experienced, Lowe's won't pay for experienced workers. Hence, the employee's will tell you what you want to hear, not the facts.

They did a very good job and I feel I got a real good deal on the cabinets. I did have to wait on some of the installers at different times during the project.
