Description of Work: I always receive great service, every time I go into Lowe's. The beat the Home Depot...hands down. Home Depot seems to think the customer needs them more than they need the customer. Not a good way to run a business. Lowe's knows they are out of business in the customer is not happy. Happiness matters!!!

 + 0 moreLowe's is there ot sell. The CSR's are not experienced, they are hired because they will work for low pay. hence the high turnover. They are not experienced, Lowe's won't pay for experienced workers. Hence, the employee's will tell you what you want to hear, not the facts.
