After a full examination of were all the entry points were the traps were laid out by Shelton from Hobbs. Shelton was a great guy and did a fantastic job of isolating what areas to target.
The next day Hobbs called to schedule a return visit which was included in the total price. At that point we did not see any mice had been caught so we told them to wait for 2 days then come out. Later that night of course the traps were successful so after 6pm we called and left a voice mail at Hobbs. The owner himself Lee came out first thing in the morning and checked all the traps and exchanged the ones that needed to be changed out. Lee was such a nice guy and very helpful and his level of professionalism was top notch. Hobbs will place a follow up call with us for 2 days and we can call them earlier if we need their service before then.
Total cost $145.00 + tax, includes original service plus 1 follow up visit, any additional visits would be at $45.00 + tax. Rates were based on total square footage of home. Very reasonable prices plus such fantastic service. I highly recommend using this company.

They were excellent. They came when they said they would and they were considerate when they were here. I thought they were honest and took care of everything quickly.

These are really good people. Have used for years for my two lake cabins. Come out 4 times a year to do outside work. Will come back and address any issues on the inside of house if needed. Would highly recommend this company.
