It was the middle of summer I was getting treated for chemo and we ended needing a whole new system and they were able to get teat done in a very quick manner so that I wouldn't have to deal with 100 degree Texas heat. We called them out they told us that it was one thing and we hadn't told them that we expected it was an older units so we thought we might need to replace the unit they said we need this done we got that done the next day they did it  very quickly the next day after they fixed it there was no air but they came back out and guess what oh you need a whole new system well okay well we told you that in the first place they knew it I could see it in their eyes and we've told so it wasn't as if we weren't up to fix it  we don't want to pay a lot of money so we told them they are fifteen years old we think we need new ones let us know.

They were an "A" rated company. They call you when it's time to get annual tune up.

They were not on time.The charge was ifferent than previously discussed. Did not solve problem correctly.

I find them to be a very good company. I have a six month warranty plan which covers any malfunction of the machine. I found that to be the best thing about them, because after they left, the machine gave me the same problems. So they came and had to fix it 3 times on different days. Because I was calling them everyday saying it still didn't work. I'm very happy with them because they were quick to respond and fixed it.
