LYTLE OIL EXCHANGE

I've had my oild changed here 2 times and both times weren't good experiences.  The first time the woman working in the garage asked me what grade oil my vehicle used.  I had no clue so I just said 10W30.  A few minutes later she came into the waiting room and told me the cap (or whatever) said another grade.  So I told her to use that. 
The second time I used this place was only because I was pressed for time and couldn't get to the dealership.  I had my oil changed and everything seemed fine.  I drove my vehicle the next day to and from work at night.  Then I drove over 125 miles making 3 stops and when I went to start my vehicle after the 3rd stop, my battery was dead.  I opened the hood and found the oil filter wrench up against my battery terminal.  It had drained it completely.  I spent $20 on a $5 set of jumper cables and got someone to give me a jump.  Worried that my battery had been ruined (and maybe the altenator too), I stopped at an AutoZone to have them check it.   Everything was okay.  On my way home I stopped by the Oil Exchange and gave them back their wrench and told the same woman I've dealt with on both occasions what happened.  She mumbled a swear word and gave a half-hearted sorry.  And that was it!
