ServiceMaster Restoration

Excellent on both services and quality of work! We were so impressed at the response time after we called them for help. The disaster at our home as a result of a bursted pipe was overwhelming. Thanks to Servicemaster they completely re-moved our stress and all we had to do was get out of their way and Let the professionals do their job. They treated our home as if it was their own. The quality of the work is outstanding. The project manager overseeing the project made sure that everything was restored at the highest standard. We Appreciated how they worked day and night to restore home. They communicated with us every step of the way during the construction. I highly recommend their services and rest assured you can have all the confidence in their work.

Everything excellent, no complaints. My house looks like new!!

My wife and I work full-time so we were not able to supervise their work. Once they completed their work we realized things were not cleaned appropriately, ceiling fans were full of dust as if they were not touched. The wall where we had fire damage still had smoke damage that I was able to wipe off with a damp cloth. Honestly, for the price they charged our insurance company, I could have hired a couple of cleaning ladies and have the job done at a fraction of the cost.

Service master is very professional great customer service out standing for details that's way I lhighly recommend. I beyond blessed to have them and are like family to me. Thank you I recommend everyone service master they will be a blessing in your life too...

Good customer service.

They do not care about customer service and are very expensive. Alejandra at ServiceMaster by Empire made a very stressful situation worse. Hire a group that cares and charges a reasonable price like Rainbow International of Brownsville. Rainbow provided carpet service for me after the water damage and Mayta and the other owners were wonderful.

This is a good group of people. They are there when needed. I will give more info as the project goes along. But so far - good job.

I highly recommend this Company. They do an excellent job, they are very clean and keep their word on time frame. I had an accident in my garage with my car it went straight through the wall into the master bathroom. They completed all damage that was done in 2 weeks. If you have any questions they come as soon as possible, and fix the problem.

Mr. Chimely was very detailed and had some recommendations I hadn't thought about but which I did incorporate into the project. He was thorough and often worked extra late to finish things to his satisfaction (and mine). He did a few extra things that I requested that were not in the original contract at no extra charge. He is now going to also do my guest bath.
