General Remodeling
The owner made 2 trips to my residence to make estimates to add on to an existing cover. The project was more complex than a normal cover as the add on had to exactly match the existing cover. Two estimates were made as I changed my design after the first estimate.
A deposit of $2000 to cover materials was made. A week after the deposit was made I decided to cancell the entire job. To my surprise American Aluminum refunded the entire deposit.
While no construction work was performed the company did make two estimates, 2 designs and ordered materials.
It is a pleasure dealing with honest, and reliable local businesses.
