We have always used Action because we know the job will be done with the greatest of knowledge. People don’t realize plumbers have a code to follow and cannot step into a job they aren’t allowed to do, so the negative ratings are uncalled for. I have always trusted this hard working man/owner/business manager, who has maybe two helpers at the most, to work on any issue we have. And I will wait for him to get to us because he’s the only one I trust to find and fix the problem. We thought our leaks were outside but he discovered it was in one of the bathrooms and took care of it.

VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEGABLE. GOT RIGHT TO WORK. CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. ASKED ABOUT ANOTHER SERVICE WHILE HE WAS HERE. JUMPED RIGHT ON IT. WORKED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.

They didn’t fix or repair anything. The plumber didn’t seem to know what he was doing. We didn’t pay anything. The guy tried to correct it but what he tried to do wasn’t what the problem was. We had to call another plumber out.
