Vail Air Conditioning

Dwain Vail was professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and went out of his way to take care of my problems.  Working me into an already busy schedule.  Calling before he came out and arriving exactly when he said he would be here.  The a/c unit he did not have the part on hand and the first thing the next morning he was out here and fixed the unit in minutes.  He did not charge me extra for having to come out again and did not want me to pay him until the unit was fixed.  The next day another of my units went out and he called right away to make arrangements to come out the next morning.  I had an appointment but made arrangements for a neighbor to come down in case he needed anything.  He called the neighbor, came right out and fixed the unit quickly.  I am SO impressed with this company that I would recommend them to anyone!  Thanks Dwain!
