They arrived when they were scheduled to arrive. Both servicemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They had the job done quickly and answered all our questions.

They were prompt and came out the same day I called. Lead man was very knowledgeable and the 2 men got right to work. All jobs were fixed quickly and to our satisfaction. We did want the pipes to the bathroom sink to be redone because they were not installed properly by a different person. They did not want to do it because of standing water under the house. Price was very reasonable. only complaint was they did walk in with mud on their shoes and spilled water in the kitchen when they removed the dishwasher. But it wasn't a big problem. Will use again!

They did not respond at all.

They came out ahead of schedule and did the job perfectly and smoothly. Everything was in excellent shape when they left and there was no evidence they had ever been here. They were very careful not to disturb the yard with their trucks and were very curtious and friendly.

The arrived fairly close to the time scheduled. We had already purchased the toilet and sink. They put in the necessary plumbing parts to bring to code. He asked several questions that made me wonder if he had received the orders or was new and wanted everything to be successful. He cleaned up the trash that came out of the release valve outside. He noted that he had trouble in our front yard shouting of the valve and told me an inexpensive replacement in case of emergency

They exhibited strong business ethics throughout their entire visit, didn't waste time, got right to it. They knew my time was as valuable as theirs and did not try to and quot;ride the clockand quot; like some other companies who have workers that charge you for their smoke breaks.

We have used Truss for well over 10 years. There has never been an occasion that we were not satisfied completely with their service

Truss was prompt in his visit to give an estimate. His workman arrived actually earlier than was promised. He was very professional and courteous. He removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater. His installation and hook up was very neat and all done in about an hour and a half.

I broke a pipe fixture in the wall while attempting to replace the shower head and knob. Water had been disabled prior to beginning project, but fear was felt when I realized that I may have to live without water while I replaced the fixture in the wall myself (which may take days) or wait for a plumber to come on Tuesday (after Labor Day). Called multiple plumbers. Truss and Son was the only plumber willing to field my call on a Sunday before Labor Day. They arrived within 3 hours and had the problem fixed within 1 hour of arriving. Paid a premium price for holiday service, but much better than living without water (or living in a hotel for 2 days). Plumber had to cut a hole in the closet wall to access pipe which I was not expecting, but no problems with the plumbing since the service was completed.

My experience was wonderful the quote was far and the serviceman was nice and helpfull.
