My tractor broke down and it's repair was beyond "fix at home." We are lost without our tractor. I phoned them in the morning and they had a truck and trailer at my place to pick it up later that afternoon. It was a fairly simple repair (if you have a lift and the right tools), so they put my tractor ahead of a more complex job and repaired it the next day. I had them give it a once-over tune up while it was at the shop. The day after, they delivered it back to me. All for a cost of about $900. I thought that was a bargain (especially with pick-up and delivery.)
