Guy came out and attempted to clean vents first. He then proceeded to "attempt" to RotoRoot the cleanout pipe but stated that his rotorooter was messed up. Ran it down finds "dirt" on the end and says we have a broken pipe. After not solving the problem he charged $175 and left.
We have since had another company come out and they were able to temporarily "fix" the issue and do not believe there is a broken pipe.

They are prompt. They have a reasonable price. A few years back I had them roto root my plumbing. A few days later it was worse. I had to call them to come back out on a Saturday. They spent at least half a day fixing it. They did not charge me any additional fee. He did a really good job. They are efficient. They care about their customers.
